Introduction

       China aging Development Foundation is a civil charitable organization and an independent legal person under the leadership of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and National Aging Offices which services for the whole older people.. Its predecessor was the Chinese Elderly Foundation, which was established in May 1986. Current Council was elected in October 2003. The council invited Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Vice Committee Chief Sima yi • Ai Maiti, the former vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, Chi Haotian, the NPC Standing Committee, former vice chairman Peng Peiyun, the CPPCC Vice Chairman Ma Wanqi and Abulahat • Ahbudurecy as honorary Presidents . The member of CPPCC and vice-minister of the Ministry of Civil Affairs Li Baoku assume the current chairman of the Council.

        
        China aging Development Foundation’s purpose of the action: The piety world, altogether constructs the harmony. Foundation was based on the older people, services for elderly as its heart and soul, and calls on everybody in the society to respect, love and assistance them .The task of foundation’s core is promotion of the Chinese nation’s traditional virtue of respecting, loving and assisting the aged , and emphases on giving the healthy a better life and taking the warm and bright to the senior citizens.

         
        In recent years, China aging Development Foundation holds many educational propaganda activities one after another which take respecting, caring for and helping the adged as the subject and take filial piety as the content, and actively promote and implement the experimental works of "love and care project" in nationwide . At the same time, the Foundation established some public special funds , like " China Aged Care Fund", "Cihang Fund", "China Aging Health Fund", "China aged Fund for Scientific and Technological Development", "China Aged Course Development Fund", "Chinese special fund of medical and health care career ", "China poor Aged Aid Fund " and so on , for the elderly in China .
